Where Do You See Yourself?

Fellows work with leaders and teammates to build real solutions to real problems, ranging from a new brand strategy for a surfing startup in Los Angeles, to a new enterprise sales funnel for a fintech startup in Austin, or a go-to-market strategy for an e-commerce site in New York City.

Field Experiences

After you complete the online coursework for the program, the Experience Lab at Penn team matches you with a field experience company that fits your skillset and course track and prepares you to interview with their team. Our rotating roster of field experiences includes companies like the ones shown below.

Fieldwork that Pays

We’re always looking to make Experience Lab at Penn more financially accessible, which is why we offer paid field experiences that will cover the cost of your program fee.

With our paid fellowship program, our field experience companies will pay a stipend to cover 100% of your program fee, plus cost-of-living.

This program is a collaboration between Experience Lab and The University of Pennsylvania’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies (Penn LPS) to enable college graduates to transition into trending careers through skill-building, networking, and immersive entrepreneurial experiences.
