What is Experience Lab at Penn?
We are a six-month college-to-career program that trains recent college graduates through curriculum and real-world experience. Each of our Fellows completes 80 hours of coursework and projects, and spend up to 6 months working full-time at a host company.
Becoming a Host Company
Field Experiences are the core of Experience Lab at Penn. As a host company, you will work with diverse, vetted, and trained "entry-level+" talent. Fellows will intern at your company in paid full-time roles tied to their curriculum.
We're looking for great companies to host our fellows. Fill out the form to discuss becoming a host company.

How It Works
Step 1: We Find & Select Fellows
We vet candidates through a multi-step admissions process and invite qualified candidates to join the program, with training from Day 1.
Step 2: You Review & Interview Fellows
We provide candidate(s) from our diverse pool for you to review. You then interview them for their full-time internship Field Experience opportunity at your company.
Step 3: You Make a Field Experience Offer
Your company will sign a consulting agreement and pay your Fellow a stipend of $4,000-$5,000/mo, depending on your entry-level salary. We will not charge you more than the agreed salary, nor any other recruiting fees.
Step 4: You Choose What's Next
After the 4-6 month agreed upon Field Experience term, your company is free to offer full-time employment to the Fellow with no additional fee. The choice is completely up to you!
