Develop Skills
You will learn how your degree, interests, and skills can make a real-world impact at growing companies. Get started in either Digital Marketing & Storytelling, Business Development & Sales, or Strategic Data & AI.
Earn while learning
Throughout the program, you will work in a full-time, paid position on real projects with real teams at growing companies. You will also gain relevant real-world experience and skills needed to build a body of work and prepare you for your career in this ever-changing landscape.
Work With Growing Companies
Connect with our wide network of growing Field Experience companies. You'll work to solve problems in industries ranging from AI to Agriculture, and earn money doing it.
Build a Network
There's never been a more important time to build your network than now. Together, you'll meet peers, instructors, professionals, and talent managers that will help you learn about yourself and support your next steps well after graduation.

The Experience
Through team meetups, workshops, discussions and real-world projects, you are supported and guided during your your chosen career track.
40 HOURS A WEEK
You'll work with an organization that needs your skills and wants to see you excel. Together, you will spend your days fully immersed in challenges and projects where you can apply your skills.
3 Course Tracks
Earn an Experience Lab at Penn certificate for your coursework and projects in:
20 weeks
Stay connected and engaged through in-person or virtual meetups and online coursework with peers and instructors who will support you throughout the program.
1 AMAZING OPPORTUNITY
Spend time in discussions and workshops with leaders from venture capitalists to entrepreneurs. Lean on an incredible alumni network of Experience Lab fellows around the world.

Earn While You Learn
*Select fellows will not only have their entire fee covered, but will also earn an entry-level stipend during their 4-month Field Experience.
Key Program Dates
Our Program Calendar
Experience Lab at Penn runs two sessions per year: Spring and Fall. A self-paced prep course begins the program, followed by a week-long meetup with your cohort with instructors. Finally, paid Field Experiences & regular check-ins with your instructors will be the bulk of your experience. At the end, we conclude with a closing ceremony to celebrate your achievements.

This program is a collaboration between Experience Lab and The University of Pennsylvania’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies (Penn LPS) to enable college graduates to transition into trending careers through skill-building, networking, and immersive entrepreneurial experiences.
